It is always pretty funny when you get killed by a grunt. One time I rand around a doorway, and got punched by too grunts simultaneously. xD That's called good teamwork.
@@AnoAssassin After all, there seems to be different "degrees" of skill for pilots. My guess is that the pilots that would usually fight alongside grunts would essentially just be like regular infantry but trained to control titans and use jetpacks and then you would've absolute one man armies that would be like special forces and all that stuff.
Because this isnt a fucking anime you weeb He might get a bullet to the head the next milisecond There is no time for a fkn monologe and a flashback to his childhood
@@pablosoleramaeso4561All pilots use jump jets and titans, however yes, there are tiers. I think Titanfall 2 shows you some of the more elite forces as they have split into different factions fighting in skirmishes for fun basically. Titanfall 1 shows you the more realistic part of being a pilot
Should’ve seen Titanfall 1, game was jam packed with voice lines and it really helped with the atmosphere, you could get most of the lore just be listening to grunts talking lol
Looked tougher on video mate I just had to dodge a Scorch on the way to rodeo his buddy Legion, after that I'm on cleaning duty for the dude with a Spitfire and an A-wall. Give me a break
I love that too, it gives me the idea that in the TF universe pilots are seen as these insane unkillable spec ops goons. Almost mythical to the general public.
They literally just stopped a 1 man army that would need 2 secs to unalive them including their squad, I'd be relieved to know a pilot let alone one I just killed is not active on the field anymore.
I actully do this already. It only takes 5 grunts to equal a pilot kill. I'm super point oriented and love havin my own fodder cover as much ground as possible so they may spot other pilots. Its all fun and games till i know where you live and thats also the reason i play Tone, and the faster i get that the better cuz its always gonna take atleast 3 other titans to stop me and my pilot hunting ways, or a stealthy ronin player
@MaceOfSpades5 scorch is considered the most wild card titan and very much depends on the skill of the player, the map, and enemy titans. Also, everyone says monarch is good, but as som1 who use to main monarch i dont understand. maybe it's a me thing, but i found it to lack the damage other titans have, lack the durability other titans have, and generally just lack a good kit like other titans. Also, i ain't gonna say overcores are like a must, but man, do i love nuking a titan that got a little too close with my Salvo core. if the enemy is low enough, the damage is so fast the enemy doesn't have time to eject. thats 15 points just for hitting a button and having som1 get too close
These voice lines instantly bring me back to the grunts of the first game and their mountains worth of dialogue. They should've given these grunts more dialogue like this.
Honestly lore wise this makes no sense considering there’s usually only 12 pilots on the battlefield per battle and they all turn each other into paste in the first 30 seconds
There have been women in the United States Marine Corps since 1918, and women continue to serve in the Corps today. As of 2020, women make up 8.9% of total active duty Marines. That's with a stigma against women and a lack of female pilots as strong role models and motivators. deception dexterity and reaction speed are key for pilot combat while the mechs handle the strength. Charge rifles are probably not much heavier than your average rifle (plastic and ceramic) and most grunts carry lighter smgs. Energy ammo is also probably lighter. The armor is also probably a compromise between balistic and insulating ceramic to protect from both types of weaponry. Should be lighter. That's assuming anti-titan is standard issue and not a squad role. Most mg weight is ammo iirc. Raw strength is barely important now.(comparatively) Probably even less so in the future. We always want lighter gear. I imagine they just didn't want to higher anymore voice actors.
Oh what woah I didn't know they had lines for killing you haha never ever heard that. Nope. No grunts ever killed me enough to memorize these lines. Nope.
