I wanted to demonstrate in real time the installation procedure for using the FNA Cycles Tite-Seal intake seal kit. This kit virtually eliminates ANY chance of an intake leak in all Shovelheads IronHeads and Panheads with a spigot type intake port. Works in place of bands and o-rings

Just purchased the kit. Hopefully it will help the issue I’m having with one cylinder running a hell of lot hotter the the other one. 🤞

@@noahhoman9749 I still haven’t fired up the engine but the kit is installed. I’m 100% sure I’ll won’t have any leaks now.

Great video, thanks for posting this. The heads on my shovelhead are band style and my ss intake manifold is o-ring. Should i get a band style manifold or will this kit be fine for my current setup?

To make them go in better use a paint can opener to pull them around

Some online instructions say you still need the O-ring with the band kit, in this video, I noticed no O-ring was used, anyone tired with or without

Hi, I just bought these seals for my ‘77 Ironhead.. they didn’t work for me.. no matter how tight I did the clamps up as soon as the seals got hot and more supple the clamps slowly vibrated their way off.. very annoying as they’re quite expensive.. gonna try the standard o ring/band clamp style next.
