Thank you sir! I just performed my very first brake pad change. Front and back! If it wasn't for you and your vids there's no way I could have done it. Thank you, and thank you again. Your videos are treasures

I got a 2019 yamaha tmax dx last month And been told by a garage that the rear disc and pads need changing.. and quoted me £386 !!!!! Ridiculous..might have to go back to a 300cc honda forza

Great video! I'm glad to see Rosie getting her dancing shoes cobbled! I've never done the fork oil change on my Tmax. Do you suspect it would be difficult to do?

On a Moto Guzzi V7 No. On a Tmax everything is hard to do. All the panels I took off to do the service, plus all the plastic that's still left on the nose. Then take the forks off. FUN! If you do that, you may as well lube the head bearings too.

So you have your eyes set on a v-twin over the boxer? Can't argue much with that low torque response! I'm sure one thing that is easier to do with the tmax fairings - is clean it! Just a simple wipe down, whereas the naked bike might have more nooks and crannies to contend with- maybe so much even as to offset the time it takes to remove plastic paneling.

good job man, I see you have the sticker from the tmax club in Italy. Any connection there?

Great video! I need to lube the wheel speed sensor on mine. What did you use for lube and where did you buy it from?

That will be coming up in the next video, but I use Yamaha's "Race Grease" which is a lithium based water resistant grease.
