Thank you for the video. You learned how to be free. It is so nice when we learn to go more with the flow of life. I spent yesterday with my sister, niece, and daughter and like you mentioned without relationships and people to share things with, life feels empty. My sister also made the observation that she learns a lot from watching her Labrador Retriever . . . her dog likes to eat, drink, get fresh air, be near the ones she loves, get some movement in, play, and spend time each day in the sun. Her dog is loving life too. I told my sister about your phrase “now what?”and how we need to listen to what we need in each moment. She liked that calming way of going through the moments of the day and being intuned with how we feel. I never heard lions growl like that to each other either. It really does get one’s attention. Thanks for sharing that clip.
