Seems expensive but if I save on all the separate serums I use, including arbutin, Q10, peptides, etc. then it may not be more expensive than what I'm using now.

Sarah you should get yourself a dr 🖊 pen m8 and microneedlling twice a week at depth of 0.25 cosmetic then every 6 weeks go deeper at medical microneedlling of , or over 0.5 .iv been doing mine for very long time and results are excellent 👌 🙌

Thank you for a wonderful and objective review, I love that you encourage your viewers to do their own research. I have been enjoying Reviv's ultimate serum along with their TELOMERASE 6-In-1 Multi-corrective Serum. I, too, use it after micro-needling along with NIOD's copper serum. It does take a little longer than Skinmedica's TNS serum to see results.

@@lilluu7 I use Reviv Serum right after my Microneedling session. I do 0.5 in the forehead, and 1 to 1.5 in the checks and jaw line. Around the eyes since the skin is very delicate 0.5 (lightly tho).

I always feel bad using my skinmedica too. I’m having a hard time not repurchasing it, so I’m tempted to get this instead because it sounds so good! $92 is so much cheaper than skinmedica and it would eliminate so many products for me.

I was looking forward to this review! I need to pick up the new and improved version. The older version has the annoying dual pump like the TNS, and it is so hard to get equal amounts to pump out at the same time. Also, off topic, but that outfit looks amazing on you! ❤

Love it too... especially day after use of Tretinoin or Microneedling... although the delivery to Germany seems every time a bit problematic... needs several weeks... don't know why.

First the Mist of NIOD, 2nd Copper Pepitdes of NIOD, 3rd Ulitmate Revive Serum, 4th all in one Cream of COSRX or the PDX Cica Exo Aftercare Cream (Skin heals much faster with the Cica Cream!) - done 😅

And there is no clear guidance how much you should wait before applying products on skin. Do you use actives in your regimen, e.g. tretinoin/retinoids, and if yes, when do you start introducing them after microneedling session? Thanks again

I wish theyd bring back this version. It worked great on my skin. Not crazy about the new Exosomes version. I didn't get the same result. My results from this version actually faded when I started the Exosomes version. Oh well. Since we're all different I'm sure others will have a better more positive experience.

I’ve gotten it a couple times but today I checked and it’s sold out. 😢 I also use ZO growth serum. Works and smells great. It’s not as expensive as TNS but more than Revive Skin.

Great review. Yet to try this product but agree that SkinMedica TNS Advanced is an elite option. I have used it for a week and have noticed an improvement. However, the downside as you say with that is the terrible packaging (I have mastered the dispersing by covering one pump with my finger at a time (2 pumps) to ensure both chambers release as required. It's terrible packaging for the price paid. You also don't know how much product remains as the bottle is frosted and the weight of the container is chunky. I am also weary of imposter bootleg versions of the serum, so unless you buy from an authorised reseller you are not really sure if things have been tampered with. Thanks again for reviewing another option! Do you know anything about Osmosis as a brand? Apparently they also sell growth factor.

There is a website that I've found has good deals on the TNS occasionally, I think it is called Editor's Pick? Sometimes I've gotten pretty good deals on it. The RevivSerum is a great dupe for it though.

I use this w/ dermarolling once a week. It helps calm my skin down. I think it's a good value. I used to use NeoGenesis but that's pretty pricey. TNS irritated my skin.

Agree the Skin Medica’s TNS dispenser is truly obnoxious. 😂 And the excessive packaging is wasteful and bad for environment. Great to have found a dupe. I’m not sure whether to wait until I’ve started incorporating copper peptides. First I have to pick which ones, then figure out if I can, in fact, use on nights with Tretinoin which seems to be a dog gone mystery with so many conflicting opinions! 🤦‍♀️

I just bought this, I’m not sure if I really will need this? But I thought it couldn’t hurt anything. I have lots of scars, making my wrinkles stand out more. I bought it to use with micro needling as well. Hoping it works well for my acne scars.

Copper and acids for scars.. nothing will touch scars unless you are doing laser,peels and copper .. you must regenerate scar tissue

Why does it say 287$ on their site but it's on sale is that the normal price ? With ur code it came out too 92.07 I'm thinking about ordering it today . I'm alittle scared cause it seems like half my purchase this week have sucked..lol I hated the Tatcha balm, don't like the laniege cream skin milk cleanser it kinda burned and left a filmy feeling and I also bought the Charlotte Tilbury eyes to memorize cream shadows 3 different ones and I'm not impressed that's like 200$ of crap products just this week😂 I did get the Chantielle future gel foundation and love it so much that was pricey too but got 25% off but I'm not mad at it I use a tiny bit it looks and feels like skin . But the rest of the purchases this week besides the foundation and the LRP oil to foam wash was good . If I have to pay 287$ next time I'm gonna be sad if I fall in love with it .

In Asia countries the essence is cult and their Genoptics ultra serums are brilliant for pigmentation and brightness. $$ but worth it. You need 1-2 months to see Big results

Pink is so beautiful on you, Sarah! Can you recommend a Snap-8 copper peptide? You mentioned in another video that you’re really in to it but unless I’m mistaken, I don’t think it’s an ingredient in any products you mentioned in that video. (Reviv Ultimate serum, The ordinary 1% copper peptide serum, the Niche beauty lab theramid Anti-aging 3% Pure Copper Peptide Treatment.) I’ve searched all over RU-vid and only found one company selling snap-8 and no reviews. I’d greatly appreciate a reply if you have a second and of course, would love to see a video on whatever product has this ingredient. Growth factors are too large to penetrate skin and stem cells are way too fragile to survive. I’m skeptical of any company claiming they can bottle stem cells and have them survive in a serum or moisturizer and somehow have growth factors penetrate skin despite being too large. The other ingredients might be effective but I doubt the stem cells and growth factors actually work. In college we had to work with stem cells in a Petri dish under a microscope and they would die off extremely easy.

I understand there are a lot of people that don't think Peptides and growth factors work and the science of it is still new. After trying many growth factor products the results are undeniable and impressive. After trying several growth factor and Peptide products I cannot attribute the results to anything other than the growth factors. Totally understand where you are coming from though.

Yes but the science isn't new, it's as simple as children's blocks if the block is too big for the hole or won't fit, its just how it is sadly, woth microneedling im not sure as that will deliver it to the dermal layer, but people rave about the serums being the main star but its most definitely the actual microneedling that is what is fiving results. I know you don't mention microneedling yourself, but we can't notice the benefits on our skin when they are not clinical instant differences , I'm a Cosmetologist and it doesn't matter if it's you or me or the best estnetition around, we see differences that are in line with what we expect and want to see. It really is true @@NOBSBeauty

Some people really like witch hazel. I find it to be a bit drying, especially in larger amounts. I think for some acne prone skin people find it beneficial. I tend to also prefer products without it.
