Well i made this dish for one of my daughters and her husband...we were pleasantly surprised !! This is delicious! I made onion gravy too...!! Wonderful...worth the time!!!Thanks!!😋🤗
What more can I say about your videos other than brilliant. They are always interesting and informative and a pleasure to watch.. I'm now in my late seventys and retired from the canals . after over seventy years of living on a narrow boat.. I like my parents always made food for the table from scratch. Like my mother I always keep the dripping when I cook meat. . the myth about animal fat is a crock of bull .s..t. They say that people will live longer by not consuming these fats..???? Don't you find it strange that people like myself are still alive after years of consuming all sorts of dairy and and animal fats. All I can say about this issue is don't believe everything you read or hear about animal fats.. it's a con put out by food manufacturers..to justify the amount of chemicals they are using. To prolong the life span of Thier product.. Anyway Trev keep yourself safe and well mate.
Anyone that tells me that animal fats are bad, I tell them to look up how vegetable oil is made, and what it's original purpose was for, and then tell me animal fats are bad.
I buy organic whole milk..when the kids were young boughtvraw milk from a family with a gyrnsey cow..dang near impossible to find these days ..and here in the US. Our foods are over controlled by the FDA..!!!
I agree with you about the milk and the yogurts - the cream is the healthiest part of it, they shouldn't remove it. My favourite is gold top milk, very creamy. 'Tis getting harder to come by though.
@@TrevsTravelsByNarrowboat I get your point, but we all have to feed ourselves everyday. Replacing the floorboarding was a bit more relevant. If you are going to create these vlogs out of nothing, then you're going to lose subscribers.
@@KarenG.-qs7wc I think I speak for the majority of people who have to look after themselves, and cook their own meals everyday. What's so great about someone who is still able and can still afford to do it these days. Spare a thought for the poor souls who are not fortunate enough to do that.
@@davidhulme There are dozens of narrowboat videos out there that you could watch that would suit your requirements. Trying to dictate what people should or shouldn't vlog is unnecessary. You seem a bit of a meanie and killjoy. Try to lighten up a bit.🌞💃🕺
