This makes sense. Good video. Would you complete the loop on the order? How does the food order get to the customer? Is it the same for soft drinks? Alcohol? Does orderie say "nw corner by darts, blue shirt"? Does customer buy food before it is served? How do you split tips amongst the differnt stations, bar vs kitchen vs runners vs back? Can people order from anywhere or does it have to be within the restaurant? Cash customers? No phone? Is there a walk up kiosk? To go orders? Thanks-
