I received a set of ramekins for my birthday a few months ago thinking I’d never be able to make creme brûlée. I also have some double cream powder which I hope will work as good as milk powder. So this weekend we are having a great dessert. It is our 49th wedding anniversary of our third marriage this weekend too.
Wow I love creme brûlée and yours sound delicious.. but I'm old school and prefer liquid caramel at the bottom of the dish 😋. I also love a crisp and crumbly biscuit, the kind that melts in your mouth, and I've been hanging on hoping for a recipe and tutorial. Any chance you can put one up on RU-vid please???? 😃

And what if you’re lactose intolerant? I’ve never seen lactose free milk powder before. I don’t have a cows milk allergy so I can use lactose free dairy milk and cream.
