All the ballers of women football are moving to England. Sam Kerr to chelsea, Tobin Heath to Man Utd, Alex Morgan to spurs, Pernille harder to chelsea, Christian press to Man Utd.This season is gonna be crazy.
what's the chances the men's team will try to sneak Tobin into their starting lineup this season, considering she's a better forward than like... pretty much all of them lol
Please Ed Pay her TRIPLE and she can play in the mens' first XI and her skills, grit, and all round winner character would rub off on the younger players (and show up others). She's a legend. Welcome to Manchester.
I hope she can fund her spark again don't get me wrong but tobin heath i know she can play better than what we get from her for the last 2 years but still I will pick her first if i want to create a team
When.our womens team is signing two world cup winners and mens team are interested in players like david brooks. And can’t sign a player if they were at ed woodwards doorstep.
It's in the US women's national team contract to play in a domestic club so they can grow the league. Only a few national players at a time are allowed to play for clubs overseas and for short periods. COVID disrupting the US league created the exception for 6 players to play in Europe.
The US league has a big advantage compared to most European leagues with probably the only exception being the FAWSL and perhaps soon the Spanish league and it's the level of competitivity, that was evident in the World Cup. When you watch the French, German, Sweden, etc leagues all those are dominated in a ridiculous way by 1 team with some luck you have a team what's an "eternal" second place and then a bunch of almost amateur teams, the main problem of that is those leagues rarely can attract and keep new fans, of course, the NWSL may need to increase the salary cap if they want to stay ahead of the English and Spanish leagues, and be able to attract more international players, hopefully the 3 new teams what may be joining the NWSL in the next 2 coming years should help with that.
Me 2 I always thought that this girl should have played in Europe instead of playing in the American league Her mentality and skills should be in a bigger team to show everyone how she really is Like she's not playing a game only she give us more than just kick the ball entertainment she's unpredictable with her move every time I see her highlights i was like WOW
@@emanalsomali3435 The huge problem of the European leagues with the exception of the FAWSL is that there is no competitivity, Olympique Lyonnais dominates the French league in a ridiculous way, Wolfsburg dominates the German league in a boring way, and same with the rest. BTW she already played in PSG for 2 seasons (2012/2013 and 2013/2014) and have been playing in the NWSL since then where there is more parity between all the teams and so more competivity and that in the long run helps the players, as obviously proven by the USWNT, in the last 2 world cups. And bigger team than the Thorns? how many woman teams can bring crowds of more than 20000 per match on average all the season? What I agree with you is that she is more than amazing, she may not be the reason why I gave up watching men football and started watching women football instead, but she is the reason why I fell in love with watching football again.
That's why the USWNT is the best the players mantalty only have one choice is WON only no other choice I hope she stays in Europe for her rest of career
More USWNT players have to go abroad otherwise they will end up being mediocre. Take the example of Mallory Pugh. I feel sorry for her since she has so much potential.
went to school with Tobin, class of 06, Ridge High - she was/is SO MODEST - also i nutmegged her once in a 5 a side friendly after our HS Graduation haha
Nice interview, good player. But: at 1:40 min What history? This Man U WFC was established in 2018, about two years ago, and they have won nothing so far.
