Today I had the best sandwich I've ever eaten in my entire life | THE JIBARITO with PULLED PORK 🥪🐷 

Thanks to Jeremy, today's episode was made possible ... and I now know all about #JibaritosYMas in Chicago's Logan Square neighborhood. This is a jibarito sandwich with lechon (pulled pork) and smashed garlicy plantains as the "bread", if you will. It's the greatest sandwich I've ever had in my entire life. And it's not even close.
