Big shout out to the man that gave cpr and did his best to help save these children. If the parents are at fault for this overdose they should be imprisoned for life.

i blame CPS laws, i heard that they will just keep kids in homes that are a drug problem... and only remove them if they can prove they are in immediate danger... i think kids living with active addicts should be deemed in immediate danger considering how powerful these drugs are and even in second hand inhalation of the substance.
