Tamari is 100% made out of soy without any grains not like most of the other soy sauces. Shoyu also is japanese and most of the times has no grains added to it as well. Tamari is also thicker in consistency than, for example, shoyu.

I cook like this most days, it's such a delicious and easy way to get all the good stuff 😋 Only difference is I don't use coconut milk, as I'm avoiding saturated fats 😬 🌱💚

Looks delish! Salt is relative, the more you use it the more you need it to bring the flavours forward. Someone that uses very little salt, if any, appreciates the naturel flavours of the dish.

This is a great recipe other than the oil and coconut milk as dietary fat will increase you inflate resistance sky high, Carbs FTW!! 💪💪💪

We never press our tofu, I don’t think it’s necessary, particularly if you fry it and drive off the moisture.

INTERESTING re menopause and phytoestrogens. Many friends have had breast cancer and freak OUT about phytoestrogens and then gobble dairy. 😢 Great show, guys! Vegan since 1995. 🫶🏽
