Check page 95 of the manual. It has a propellor table. Depending on the model you have a 10 or 11 pitch. It’s also stamped into the propeller. Since you have a light boat, a 12 or even a 13 pitch would be fine. It will make it faster as well. Don’t go for a 14 pitch as that’s for a rubber boat.
You could try to go to 13. The beeping sound from the engine and the erratic rpms after it are the result of the engine protection system kicking in. This happens because the engine rpm went over the safe limit. The correct propeller pitch will keep the engine just under the safe rpm limit.
Hi, that's is because I lift up the engine and the propeller going out from the water. That is the alarm. Because the water pump does not suck water. I have had this engine for more than 4 years. Never problem. Start the first time and go very well. Thanks
many reasons: High-speed ESG is a device to prevent over the revolution of the engine. If the load to the engine becomes light for some reason, it runs at a higher speed than the usual. In such the case, the buzzer sounds, and the ESG is activated not to ignite the spark plug, therefore, the engine speed varies and be controlled under 6300 min-1 (rpm).
