Not sure you could get an accurate measurement. Measure from the back of the tank to the center of the drain hole. Probably about 90 % of them are going to be 12 inch since they are most common.
Hey bro good night how things I have that same problem with ah toilet flange that someone else don and Am using a 12'' can I cut the wall and ease the toilet back
That might work, but would not look good. The tank on the toilet would be in the wall space a little. Plus you might have to cut out a stud some. One viewer commented that you can buy an adapter at a plumbing supply store for some toilets. I have not used one and can’t verify whether they are available. It’s worth a call before buying a new toilet. Only other option is to buy the 10” toilet.
My question: why are toilets of all things so ridiculously stupid with dimensions as to have "options"? Why is this not as standard as pipe diameter? I can't go to box store and get 1 1/15" pipe because that just wouldn't be reasonable. No use for such a thing. Well...same here and these measurements *to me* scream something along the lines of "wiggle room" with building codes.
It might need to have some of it removed. The old flange could be difficult to remove. Might to be time to make the plume fix his mistake. Good luck with it.
@@GregNole-zx6jg That’s not a bad idea, but I have never seen anywhere that sells just the tank. They are not very standard and could be hard to find one too.
