Toilet seat Install (Mayfair, Bemis, Church) 

I wish I would have seen this easy one before I just failed at installing my new one. It’s on there but not tight enough bc the bottoms of the plastic didn’t pop off like they said it would. I guess I just don’t have the strength or the wrong tool or both. Idk, I should have watched this video first.

purchased one of these seats several years ago. ease of install is great and to contour and comfort of the seat is too notch 👍

Thank you. My seat came with zero instructions. I tried to pry the screw hole covers off like the previous seat and would have broken it. The lock mechanism is pretty neat once you know how it works.

Easy to assemble,fun to use

Thank you! I wish I had looked here first, the little instructions I did get made it harder to put on. The only issue I have is my caps aren't like yours, they don't swivel and lock. It says on the box it's an easy clean, lift off, but I'm afraid to try, I'm afraid I'll break it. The instructions also said to tighten underneath until it snaps off? Thanks again for posting, great video!

Mine dont have the parts the turn to lock or unlock... but the box says "easy clean and change". I cant figure out how to pop it off... Update: Figured it out seconds after leaving this. Idk if you have to do this exactly, but I just popped the caps, lifted the lid, and pulled up. Came right off with hardly any force.

🎉😮Bemis and Church look nice but have an awful chemical smell! Are they made by the same manufacturer? I can't imagine this chemicalsmell passes Calif. Regulations?
