TOK®-Band in use according to German ZTV Fug-StB 15: For joints on installations 

"(…) Contact areas of surface layer of rolled asphalt to mastic asphalt or on installations must be designed as joints. (…)"
This sentence in ZTV Fug-StB 15, the German Research Association for Road and Transport Engineering, Working Group Concrete Construction Methods, stipulates that joints must also be formed at concrete edges or steel installations, such as manhole covers or drains. The TOK®-Band bitumen joint tapes made by DENSO fulfil the ZTV Fug-StB 15 and are ideally suited for creating reliable, durable joints.
