I don't know, you guys seem to have teleported to a couple places. I mean, your starting points, how did you get there, on foot? How did you get to Shibuya? And how do you get back to your lodgings after the day is over? All of that has to figure into the budget, since you have to spend it just the same.
Good question! The area covered is between Shinjuku and Shibuya, which is a popular spot for people to stay. Chris’s itinerary covered the larger distance, but included a train trip from Shinjuku to Ebisu. For both itineraries, getting back the start point would involve a walk of 20-50mins or an extra ¥150-¥170 train fare
