It's not hate lol, it's the truth. Name a single extraordinary thing about Aspinall besides his knockout over Pavlovich & his above-average HW speed? Dude's a promising fighter for sure, but people acting like he's some sort of Dark Horse is quite honestly hilarious. What's funny is most of these same guys considered him "runner-up" material before the Pavlovich KO lol, it was Sergei who was set up to be the next big star. People just latch on to anyone out of desperate hopes they'll be the guy to end JBJ
@@BryanMMA he’s literally destroyed everyone he’s faced besides blaydes in the first round with very little difficulty. He is definitely the real deal and calling him overrated is kinda silly my man
He has one fight cause he got injured. That same guy is the guy who gave Ngannou a tough fight and beat Rozenstruik, Lewis, Volkov, JDS, Spivack and Tuivasa. Had he not gotten injured he'd have fought Stipe and had he won he'd be lined up to fight Aspinall by now most likely
@@BryanMMA The amount of bias is dripping from you, so I'll leave some facts here to try to break you out of this weird bubble you've put yourself into. "Blaydes was winning that fight". The fight lasted 15 seconds. Blaydes landed 4/10 strikes and Tom landed 3/5. No one landed anything significant, and the fact that you so confidently said who was winning that fight means I never want to see you near a judges table, at any event, for any competition, ever. "It took him almost 3 full rounds to get Arlovski out of there". He finished Arlovski just over a minute into the second round. Arlovski landed 20/55 of his strikes compared to Tom's 37/60. Much more accurate, much more impact, and finished him so much faster than you said because you didn't bother to fact check anything before you started slating him. Also just noticed that you've repeated that in a comment, so you still didn't fact check it after posting. Final fact, Tom currently has the shortest average fight time in the history of the UFC. You can say he beat cans, which to some extent is true, but he also took out Pavlovich (Who by the way is currently #2 for shortest avg fight time) in just over a minute. The fact that you're bringing up Arlovski's age as a way to discredit Tom's win is funny, because I know the second that Jones beats Stipe, because let's face it, he will, you'll be shouting about it from the heavens. But remember, Stipe is coming off a bad knockout loss over 3 years ago now, and is coming up to his 42nd birthday. If you're a troll, well done, your channel will get lost in the sea of other trolls soon. If you're sincere, then I wouldn't trust your opinion on just about anything, especially as you clearly like to make things up to suit your narrative without fact checking.
@@Minecraftpwns1 Summed it up perfectly, I never click on small MMA channels when they get recommended and this is exactly why, the dude has absolutely no idea what he's talking about
Tom has straight deleted every man they’ve put in front of him. What else is he supposed to do? Y’all knew Pavlovich would end him, and oops…..Sergei went out, easily. Curtis Blaydes did NOT beat Tom….it was a TKO due to knee injury. Are you slow? Did you start watching last week. He finished Arlovski in round 2. Stop lying. WTF?
what caused Tom's knee injury in the fight though? if it happened during the fight then it has everything to do with curtis blades and curtis should get the credit for it
Nothing. But Jon Jones fought through a compound toe fracture against Chael and fought through having his arm nearly broken by Belfort. He would never cry like Aspinall did against Blaydes or his tapout before UFC. He fought through a tough fight against Guftasson, Reyes. He would never just give up and tap or ask someone not to punch him
He's taking micocec cuz he knows he's gonna win. Dude wants to retire undefeated. Not saying aspinall Would beat him but I think he has a shot. Stipe is about done anyway. Tbh, I got no respect for jones. Dude hit his wife and has done some other terrible shit. I say Dana strips him of his title and says Fuck off. But that won't happen,he draws too much money.
Dude it’s because Tom aspinal has shown to be excellent everywhere. He submitted Alexander Volkov (a top 10 heavyweight), KO’d sergie pavlovic (top 5 heavyweight), and the “goat” Jon jones is ducking him. You can’t say you don’t where where the hype came from. He’s been a beast for years
Can’t tell if serious or being ridiculous for analytics. If serious, this is laughably stupid. If you’re trolling, congratulations because you scored a view and comment from me.
The "elite" heavyweights you mentioned are Jon and Stipe, who we may as well count as not part of the division since they will fight each other and retire immediately afterwards, and ducking machine Gane who put off his career to be an extra on a French movie. Curtis Blaydes gets routinely executed by every big puncher in the division including the one Aspinall beat to get his title and I didn't know the first 15 seconds of round 1 are enough to tell who was winning the fight. THERE IS NO OTHER HEAVYWEIGHT TO HYPE UP. The division is very top heavy, but the top either lost or refuses to fight, so unless you want to get behind Robelis Despaigne as the next big thing for victimizing an Apex resident, Tom Aspinall is all you have.
Haven't you got eyes. Hes as fast as a middleweight and puches super hard and fast and also has a exellent ground game. This video is going to look really stupid in a few years imo when top runs through contenders onto his way of been the greatest hw in history.
@@BryanMMA to base your arguement that he was going to win on 15 seconds is ridiculous. You should getting betting on blades when they fight if your so certain u will get exellent ofds because the bookies arnt stupid like you clearly are.
It looks like their fighting next toms gping to knock him out in the forst round and you will somehow still be right. I suppose volkov is also shit whose lost one of his last 5 to tom.
One knockout win against the number one heavyweight contender who came into the fight on a 6 fight first round finish streak? With a skillset that hasn’t been seen before in the heavyweight division? Yeah, I think that warrants the hype
Well he’s getting hype because outside of a fluke injury loss hes undefeated in the ufc, please enlighten me who else around him has a better resume and who has a higher ranked win than pavlovich. And the champ is openly ducking him. And you saying he was losing that fight when it lasted 15 seconds is a joke, come on man.
Jon Jones? Curtis Blaydes? Stipe? Ngannou? Ciryl? Jon Jones has never ducked anyone. He's a killer. You'd have to be crazy to think he's scared of Aspinall. Aspinall's already tapped out and begged Blaydes not to hit him. Jones rather'd Belfort brake his arm than tap
@@BryanMMA curtis " i get knocked out every time i fight for contendership" blaydes? stipe " i am no longer a fighter miocic". jon "i lost to reyes" jones. ciryl literally has nothing on aspinall's resume.
John Bones Jones, with a full camp isn't afraid of anyone period. If you have been following his story from the beginning you will see that he overcomes anyone's challenges. Sometimes he got lazy and then performed averagely, because he wasn't so worried about the opponent, yet he won. I mean, people are damn delusional and always want to make a story and an excuse For all the incredible MMA fighters he has defeated, I find it ridiculous that anyone would say he is ducking or afraid. Wrong, he has earned his way to GOAT status and is following his own plan. If Aspinal is getting salty because he can't wait, tough shiz. Grow up and mature and evolve. Bones has said he has been keeping an eye on Aspinal. People just read what they want to and make up their own false story on it like it's a movie, lol! Silly. Keep making believe.
Nothing personal yet you make a video about him haha. Lad the reason why Aspinall gets the hype is because he beat the Russian everyone was calling the bogey man. Stipe is done, gane doesn’t want to fight Aspinall and ngannou has gone. That leaves Curtis blaydes who he blew his knee out to. (They need the rematch in my opinion) as for Jon jones people want him to fight him more to unify the division and they feel it could be the passing of the torch. You have to remember jones has only fought gane at heavyweight who has zero grappling. That’s why he is getting the attention. Also he hasn’t lost in the ufc.
Sorry for the hate you're getting but yeah I don't agree either. Tom has gotten rid of pretty much all of his opponents easily, got unfortunately injured in the Blaydes fight without being touched (would love to see a rematch) and pretty much everyone else has been ducking him which makes "he hasn't beaten anyone good" meaningless when he's tried to fight every one of them for years. At this point I need proof that he ISN'T the best heavyweight right now and once he's actually been beaten, I will accept it
That's ok bunch of Aspinall fanboys. Proves my point that he's overrated af. Just because they haven't proven he's not the best doesn't mean he is, that is what I'm saying. He COULD be the best, but he hasn't proven it. He hasn't fought Jones, Ngannou, Stipe, Ciryl, and he didn't beat Curtis. If he beats Curtis and then beats the Stipe/Jones winner now we're talking. But he's not even undisputed champ yet and everyone is just all over his nuts. I'm sure Curtis would rematch him and actually wants to. And I actually think the Jones/Stipe winner will fight him if he actually beats Curtis on his next fight. Gane ducked him likely due to his movie thing, but would likely fight him otherwise. So again, he might be the best, but he hasn't proven it yet. And his body gave out against Curtis. It's mano-a-mano. If your body gives out facing your opponent thats on you, which happened agaisnt Curtis. And again, Jones fought with a broken toe as if nothing, not even complaining. Aspinall was essentially on a stance of begging Blaydes not to smash him after he fell, and he tapped before his ufc career to somebody nobody knows. Jones literally had his arm almost broken by Belfort and did not tap
Yes i agree ... The guy is overrated... If he does fight Poatan in the future and is stupid enough to stand and trade with him then he will join Pavlovic in the shadow realm
Curtis blaydes didn’t even really beat him heavyweight is full of bums. Who has gane beat? Who has blaydes beaten who has jones beaten I heavyweight? No bodies
@@RyanG0899 I was taking the piss out the guy who made the video saying blades was winning the fight when Tom got injured after 15 seconds. Cus he was saying it like blaydes was clearly winning the fight.
If Aspinall lost to Pavolich he would be nobody and they would still be pretending Pavolich is unbeatable. Before Pavolich everyone was pretending Gane was unbeatable, this is just how delusional UFC fans behave.
So being fast warrants him getting this hype? I’ve seen him tap to someone who latter ammounted to nothing in mma and essentially beg Curtis not to hit him when his knee broke from the fight. Jones kept fighting with a coumpound toe fracture against Chael and did not tap when Belfort almost broke his arm
@@BryanMMA So Bones doesn't need competitors? 😂 Your point is silly mate. That's y everyone thinks you're trolling...literally putting more "hype" on him 🤷 let's all tell the UFC to stop tryina sell their fighters to y'know...their customer base?😂 Ridiculous take.
