Yeah bro. It don’t look promising. From what I’m told one of our major sponsors for the league backed out bc of the owners reputation. The money from the sponsor was going to cover a lot of the expenses. It was millions of dollars. I’ll explain everything in a video.

How many sets?

He didn’t say how many sets. But in my opinion it depends on the quality of your reps. If you can get through the full 20 seconds of each exercises without stopping or losing form. I would say add another set. If you can’t I would say 1 set is fine until you can master that one set. Or take a long break in between and do 2 sets. Just remember you want quality sets/reps.
