@ChrisBookTV shoot I may have to fly out there sometime! I've been meaning to make it out there for some drifting events now I got a reason so I can come get some work in with you w/ football!
A high intensity interval workout is not arrested and the workouts you showed aren't even high intensity hiit workouts workout cardivascular fitness and endurance😂
@@coolnchilled2456 they haven’t posted tryouts yet. Season starts in February/March. So try-outs will be around December. You can reach out to coaches through LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
Ngl… I think I’d rather do this than what I did for JUCO. 20 reps of 110’s in 15 seconds. With 30 seconds of rest in between each one. Miss one and forget about getting pads and a helmet.
@@StephenArthur-03 yeah. I’ve done that before too. But 110’s are easier for me bc I can just take off quick for about 30 yards then cruise the rest of the way. With this you have to stop all your momentum and push off again. That’s what makes it harder in my opinion.
@@ChrisBookTVif someone a juco junior college football walk on can they get d 1 d2 d3 football scholarship sending college football coaches highlight videos games they played in emailing the highlight videos and what do college football coaches look for in highlight videos as juco football athlete walk on
@@yellow8412 100 total jumps, mixing it up between lower intensity jumps (jump rope, single leg hops) to high intensity jumps (broad jump, box jump, etc.)
How would I do these sprints with fb practice and going into season and lifting weights without being sore shouldn’t you be sprinting at least 90% or higher wouldn’t you be hella sore from doing all these sprints
@@KHONSR yeah. This is all off season stuff. During the season you want to focus on recovery and maintaining the progress you have made. You don’t try to get faster during the season. Just listen to your coaches and do what they say. Good luck on your season. When is the first game?
@@KHONSR focus on getting better at your position. Work on position drills. Don’t over do speed training bc you don’t want to over work yourself and get injured. How old are you?
Why does this guy only have 2.3k subs??? This man is giving out life changing advice, wish more people knew about this man and good luck becoming an NFL player 🫵🔛🔝
@@Chocolatechip_1 thank you! I haven’t been consistent with posting videos. That’s the main reason I don’t have more subscribers. I appreciate your comment!
I ran a 4.9 in high school as a running back,I never forget this l was watching a NFL game l believe it was Giants was playing somebody the running back ran a sweep and turned the corner. The person was calling the game said someone with 4.9 speed shouldn't be in the NFL. That day l lost my drive. If l knew this when l was 17, l also played linebacker that's where l got a scholarship offer from a small college, but l never got that out of my head .l never had anybody tell me l can. So l quit,But this will give someone hope, and encourage them to keep fighting.
I know what you mean man. People always said I was too short or too small and in the back of my mind I started to believe that. Smh. Words from others can destroy your dreams if you let it. Thanks for sharing bro. I might use the comment for a future video.
I was looking for something for my son. He’s starting to go to college camps for football. This was exactly what I was looking for. The best video out there for no nonsense information on how to increase your 40.
Hey I’m a running back in high school. I have great technique and I’ve been working with my trainer. My strength is decent for my age I’m 215lbs and only squat 275 and I haven’t ever deadlifted. Any specific tips for me?
My advice would be just listen to your trainer! Whatever he tells you to do, do it. Don’t go taking advice from other trainers if you have one. Just trust him.
If anyone still comes to this video, make sure with your jumps that you listen to your body. You don’t want to jump when fatigued, that is how you can end up with tendonitis or worse.
I’m going to pin this. That’s true!! Everyone isn’t on the same level. That’s why it’s hard to give advice to a wide range of people. This isn’t for beginners.
