Yeah, but he omits it only because of silly political correctness. We all, men and women, enjoy looking at her because she's very pretty, and like it or not, it's her exceptional good looks that determine her lead actor status.
This is why I love Tom Cruise! He's so passionate about his craft, loves doing it and just wants to entertain, all that love shows on screen 100% of the time!
Hands down one of the greatest real action stars, he's done most of his stunts even some insane ones unlike others. Tons of respect towards his work ethic and dedication to Giving a great performance each time. However as far as being a good person idk, supposedly was a controlling scientologist husband and a jerk
Some actors in the 80’s said working with Tom was difficult, he was an over achiever, a try hard. The guy just had amazing work ethic, he knew what he wanted out of life. To make movies. And today he still has that passion. A true movie legend, Love him!
I would too if the whole world loved me and I got paid millions to play pretend and use undisclosed medicinal substances to keep a uncanny youthful look
@@br.m He doesn't. No one does, I am sure. It is just that he left looks out of it. Kind of refreshing for someone when they get so many physical compliments about beauty. Serious actresses should get credit for their acting.
Tom became emotional when he said, "This is what I do, I make movies, this is like... I..I love it, I absolutely love it." He said it with such gratitude for his success. His voice holding back emotion.. He is so humble❤.
Even tho the rest phase of working out is when our muscles grow and become stronger! lol I always embraced the soreness, knowing that meant it was a good workout...
Tom Cruise is the definitive "movie star." I have loved him since the 80s, like I know he's weird and all but I still can't look away from him in his movies
Haha totally. My BF worked with him and said he was so nice and professional to everyone. I had another friend who almost worked in a very high position in his wedding to Kate, but was replaced rather abruptly by a Scientologist .
@@lauramendoza5938 most of the Scientology followers that I met in RL turned out to be in one way or another a bit scary (their eyes often turn glassy) 😊 I don’t know about Cruise, I just generally know (from personal experiences at least) that it would take ME many months of somewhat close interactions with the person to decide how/what they are on a deeper level… so I often find it strange when many random people comment on celebrities personal qualities without spending personal time with them )) but yes, maybe working with a person for a while would give a general picture of many outward personal qualities
Him and his movies suck and if his ex didn't get out when and how she did then God only knows what would have happened to her and their daughter. Dude is a freaking looney tune
When he says "I absolutely love making movies" it's obvious he's being completely honest, he's got that look of joy in his eyes & smile that's kinda hard to fake
Tom Cruise is the JLo of movies. Many don't like him for many reasons but his being perfectionist and passionate in his craft makes him admirable even if you hate him and he's got that staying power in the industry.
Sit in silence, close your eyes and gently ask yourself what you’d most like to do with your life. Write it down. Now write a list of 20 things you can do/steps to get you there. Pick one of those steps and do it. Don’t question it, just do it. You’ll see how much stepping out of your comfort zone will grow you as a person. :) At one point or other even Tom Cruise had to go with his instinct and take a giant leap of faith to get to where he is now! I don’t know if this is at all relevant to your situation, but I hope it’s something that helps you :) Peace and light :)
Everyone should!!! I LOVE my work! I come home and think about it, I wake up excited, I want more & more! I’m actually shocked when I get paid! If you don’t feel like this, it’s time to make a change. (No excuses! I started college at 50 to train for what I do, and finished grad school at 57. I’m disabled, I have muscular dystrophy, SO WHAT? NO EXCUSES! GO GET IT! You need a cheerleader? Write me. Everyone should have a rewarding, exciting life.) You don’t have to be a movie star to love what you do. (personally, I think TC is a dangerous, crazy individual. I don’t watch his movies bc I refuse to support his interests. But that’s me. I know it’s not a popular position.)
Tom Cruise is Clint Eastwood II. At 61 he's still at the top of his game in acting and film making. Like Clint Eastwood, we go to see a Tom Cruise movie to see Tom Cruise! The man's an icon.
I used to like Tom cruise. Then I read Tom used the f bomb at employees telling them To put their f.. mask on and they should be grateful to be able to work. Clinton Eastwood wouldn’t let the government dictate or Eastwood would not think the government is right in dictating if he could work because someone has a cough. The rona is with us now forever and bigpharma can now sell vaccines for the rona and cough.
@@pinkyhotmessx69 no comparison to Clint Eastwood (the individual). The reference is made in comparison to their unyielding efforts to make films, direct them and also star in them. Both their fortitude's are on the same level. Like Tom Cruise or hate him for whatever reason you wish... but Cruise deserves the praise.
Anyone would love being paid million and millions to act. I don't like himat all. I think he comes across very fake, very narcissistic. Massive Jerk to be honest and that's what people who know him say... 😮
What a charismatic, talented, passionate person and actor. Tom is one in 8 billion. There will never be another like him. A true star! You are guaranteed a great show when you go to see one of his movies.
If he was just "one in a million," there would many Tom Cruises in the world, with 8 billion people. There will never be anyone like this man. The haters can go hate their own little lives.
From someone whos met him, he is the most charismatic, nicest guy youve ever met. He wants to know all about you and genuinely remembers it. Theres a reason he is American royalty.
Definitely NOT down to earth...more like Jekyll & Hyde with Him in the Dangerous,Abusive Cult, Scientology!! Ruins families as well...including giving up his rights to his only Bio~daughter!! Use to admire his work...a long time ago.🙄🤨😖😤😵💫💘👎😮💨 ✌️
Tom Cruise is a man who truly loves what he does and is completely dedicated to his craft. He’s not really in it for the fame and the money, those things are nice sure, but you can tell he does what he does because he’s passionate about it. That passion shines through whenever he talks about one of his own movies or even someone else’s. I respect that kind of enthusiasm a lot. Cruise is one of the last of a dying breed. One of the last truly great “movie stars.”
I have NEVER heard Tom come across egotistical / self-centered other than he is a very hard worker and always perfecting his skills; other than being a Scientologist, I think he is a decent human being
@@Jessica_Ruth Yes, despite your assumption, I do know what it means. It was an attempt at humor, which doesn't always reach the right audience. Christians should absolutely refrain from bestowing blessings on non- believers; those people are to be hated - it's Jesus' way.
Yep, you've totally nailed it. Regardless of what one may think of the man, regarding his personal life and involvement with Scientology, there can be no question of what he brings to the big screen. 'Mission Impossible - Fallout' is the high water mark of the franchise in my opinion, whilst the latest one, 'Mission Impossible - Dead Reckoning [Part One],' seems to have an over reliance on stunts and set pieces now seemingly taking precedence over a continued story through line. After building up the character of Elsa Faust over several movies, what they did to her character in the 7th movie is a complete travesty, and a huge mistake, in my eyes. There was no fanfare or sense of loss of a formerly key character, in the movie, they just moved on like she was totally expendable. Not impressed, and certainly not impressed with the new character of the lady theif played by Peggy Carter (can't remember her real name !), whom I find quite annoying really. The inclusion of an AI Mcguffinn seems to be pandering to the modern day world, simply to make it seem as if the franchise is still relevant. Part Two will need to bring something special to the table, but in all honesty, I think they should call it a day, after that one. Tom Cruise is 60 + years old ffs - just how many times is he going to tempt fate on one of his stunts, before one finally bites him on the arse and ends his life. It's almost like he's got a death wish. The only other actor who I could name, with the same kind of mind set, is Jackie Chan, and he's completely worn out !
@@mossbogger8366no thats way exaggerated....a lot more weirdos in Hollywood than him....and a lot of them know how to hide it ....he definitely got trapped in a cult at a young age but considering that he hasn't been accused of any kind of sexual harassment or whatever and considering how many films and how long he's been around that's surprising....
The more I see from Tom, the more I like him. He is a classy guy and fantastic actor. I wish I could do half the things he does. My love for cinema and aviation is merely a dream, for him its a reality. He is not like other A-Lister actors. I hope his career continues to shine.
@@wakkaflakkadown yeah I only wish he'd allowed other humans to aspire for a dream life too instead of actively supporting scientology and it's evils that continues to destroy millions whose exploitation took away THEIR opportunities to show their work ethic
Thank you Tom, for being so dynamic. Thank you for bringing the cinema back to life. We appreciate all of your efforts and endeavors. You Rock the screen Tom. Where would we be without you paving the way to great movies. ?
The man is a great actor and personally I like watching him act but we are all ignoring his major involvement with a cult that imprisons people and punishes them badly . He knows everything they do too literally
I love that Tom loves what he does. I feel he genuinely has a great time with the Mission Impossible franchise so much the movies themselves are a byproduct of his enjoyment.
"Not a great human being" is such a dumb thing to say about someone that you've never even met in person, let alone spent a significant amount of time around. Not to mention just how sanctimonious and judgmental it is. I swear people think they know celebrities personally just because they watch them in movies and hear tabloid stuff about them lol.
If I could chose one person on the planet to flatter me with compliments it would be Tom cruise. He is the most charismatic person to ever walk the earth.
Really? Remember what he said about brook shields about her being on anti depressants? It his interview with Matt lawlor? Or other interviews where he’s told reporters off for simply asking questions?
@@seanl6478 Okay. I didn't realize that. I'm impressed that this little guy would do his own stunts. Jackie Chan did and there seemed to be some issue with finding someone to insure his films, but he found a way. Same in the original _Point Break_ when Patrick Swayze did the skydive scene. But yeah, gotta give credit where it's due. _You're right_
Tom cruise has real passion when it comes to making movies and acting in them..I’ve been a fan for along time…I remember when he was in the outsiders and no one knew who he was yet👍🏻
Mr Tom Cruz, what an American icon, a talented actor and movie producer. Very professionally describing another very talented actress in a very professional manner.
