So basically in PLO, you spend half the time going all in pre or on the flop, and the other half of the time figuring out how to split up the pot based on how many times you ran it and stack sizes.

Game selection is almost more important than skill in a poker career. Always feel dwan’s talent gets wasted though when he plays mediocre player. He thinks at such a high level, that gets wasted against someone like airball

It’s never easy to make money in PLO in the short term no matter who you are playing against as you can see in a couple of these pots he’s still going to lose about half the time even as the favorite. Gotta run hot which he obviously did.

Dwan ran ridiculously well in this game. He never got scooped running it twice, even when he had one out in a huge pot against Pav. He's not even that good at PLO; he's just playing against donks and running hot.

You have to play two cards from your hand, so you can only have a flush if you're holding two of a suit. With 5 on the board it makes it less likely for him to have them.

Are the hands not in order? Hard to say he dominates when he only has 65000 at the end of the video. He had over four hundred at one point. Maybe he ends with all the money. I haven't watched the stream yet.
