I am 44 years of age and wore this one for a friends funeral. I wanted something quiet, and I knew that, whatever I picked would remind me of him for the rest of my life.
I'm 24 and I LOVE this fragrance for the office! It is so smooth and the dry down is absolutely beautiful with that tinge of sweetness. I also enjoy how unintrusive it is so you won't be choking out your colleagues.
In an airport duty free shop I gave myself a spritz of Guerlain's "Vetiver." I wasn't prepared to buy anything at the moment, but what it did to me was beyond words. Sniffing it I felt like I was floating in another world: a somehow cool watery world imbued with, and imbuing me with, this intoxicating fragrance. I know that it is a must-get for me. And I am very intrigued by Tom Ford's too. Must look into it.
Probably the best mens fragrance to wear to a Job interview ever created. If you need to be taken seriously and you want to be impressionable and smell good in doing so. This one does it all.
One of my all time favourites Ac. I can't get enough of Grey Vetiver since its release. Puts a smile on my face every single time. And it smells even better on clothes. Beautiful stuff.
What an awesome scent...very clean, lemony and fresh. A must for every Vetiver lover. Also a subtle "petrichor" scent of fresh rain. White shirt, daytime elegance 🥰 Great description buddy 👏😍
It's for a man that want to be admired but not loved ...... what a review I love tom ford grey vitivar EDP it's very relaxed perfume clean soft and classy a soft soap of open green field my only problem with it is roja dove vetiver perfume not the colonge it's the same but up to next level I can not get roja dove vetiver out of my head when I'm wearing grey vitivar

The EDP is one of my favourites for a rainy Spring day. Great for the office. Thanks for the review. It gives an impression of a man not trying toooo hard, which I really like.
This is definitely not my favorite fragrance. I'm not really a fan of vetiver. They usually aren't sweet enough for me! lol 😉 Great review as always, my friend!

Thanks for the review of the most neglected bottle in my collection. Truly classy stuff and great to wear during occasions where you don't want to have on a screaming scent. Should probably start looking for the edt; my discontinued ebay scavenger list has grown short.
Hello great video. I like green airy scents. It really does uplift you. I never heard of pimento in a fragrance. Pimento that my mom uses in her curry chicken is a little spicy. It’s a different taste and not loved by all. Great description. Thanks for sharing .
Hi AC sir , bang on as usual. I got my bottle few days ago and completely in love with You are absolutely excellent about the bell pepper nuance, I wouldn't have understood if you didn't mention , I was wandering to identify the familiar note but couldn't pinpoint. I don't have or smelt the Guerlain vintage but I have the current formulation and the vetiver note is 95% similar in both to me , however TF-GV is creamy / just a little dampness , lasts lot more and has really has more depth and facets To me it is lovable in 15 degrees also where as GV is very good for 25 UP , next summer will try TFGV
Hi. Very nice review. Personally, I love Vetiver, especially if done like in Grey Vetiver by TF. Another nice vetiver scents are Lunar Vetiver from Amouroud and Vitver from Carven. I also like Vetiver Chanel style. Greetings, Dominik.
Do not be fooled. The Grey Vetiver EDP is noticeably better than the EDT. I have both. The EDP lasts longer and smells like a fine & expensive cologne. Its smells like what you wear, when you are THE BOSS... but you don't need to advertise.

You know, I think I just had a revelation. When you mentioned that touch of ambery sweetness in the edp, that could just be what makes me prefer the edt. Couldn't put my finger on what it was in the edp that gave me an almost queasy feeling. Originally thought it was the paste-like orris, but now I know that vetivers and sweetness just don't jive with my nose. Plus I'm a fan of basil, so that could be another reason! Another great review AC!
Thank you Doni, and yeah I enjoy the EDT more its exactly because of what you said, its lack of sweetness and the fresh green Basil that augments the green natural quality of the vetiver used in the EDT.

Great brilliant review for one of my most loved fragances. Sophisticated, classy, manly, transparent,.clean and beautiful eau de parfum based on Vetiver note. I wear very often for meetings and at the office. It gives me a plus on confidence and it exudes elegance without screaming. Performance is good, particularly longevity is in my skin 8+ hours, but near to the skin. Perfect yo work among others colleagues. Thanks for share your impressions. For me, maybe as a office fragance, 10 out of 10. Anyway, solid release from TF brand. You are growing, on RU-vid. Keep your essence please. Only real and true opinions

@@SmellsGoodfragrancereviews nothing quite that price point. I wear Hamilton, Tissot, Seiko, and Glycine. My dream watch is the glashutte original seventies chronograph though if you've heard of it.
