Joe Cunningham interviews Actor Tom Holland (Spider-Man) who won the Best Young British Performer of the Year for at the Critics Circle Awards 2013 for The Impossible. The interview is cut into two with the first interview before he won the award and the second half after he's won.

Wow! This kid is very humble. He's acting skill is also amazing. I didn't know much about him until today. Didn't even know they were looking for another spider man. I'm familiar with the other actors that could've been chosen but this guy Tom Holland is very good actor. Not only he can act but he's also kinda like Circe de soleil, acrobatic kind of actor. Wow! I'm impressed already. I think he can really bring it. Now I can't wait to watch the new Spider-Man franchise.

I like that Tom Holland is an average looking person and not some uber pretty boy model type. He could potentially be more believable as a geeky social outcast than someone like Andrew Garfield. I just hope they write Peter Parker well in the new films. He seems to be a hard character for people to get right as I wasn't entirely satisfied with either Maguire or Garfield portrayals. I think the one Spider-Man adaptation to truly do Peter Parker justice was the Spectacular Spider-Man animated series.

He wont even be an adult then. There is never supposed to be an adult Peter. In the comics peter was 15 years old when he was bitten, Tom is 19 today. The director is focusing on the high school life of peter without an origin story. So basically in a few years when they make the solo spidey film he will still portray normal teenage peter.

Amari Crenshaw Tom is 19 today and the next Spiderman solo film will be in 2017. So that will be 2 years from now and that makes Tom 21 years old already. I thought they are looking for a teenage spiderman? Last time I check 21 years old is a young adult and not a teenager.

Oh you meant the actor? I thought you meant adult peter as a character in the movie. Still better than having a 30 year old dude (Garfield) play as a teenager. The solo film will be released when he is 21. Who knows, they could begin production while he is still 19. You'd be surprised on how early movies are filmed before release date.

It's cool lol I noticed in other vids n pics it's gone. At first o thought it was a weird butt chin. Dudes perfect for the role though, I saw from his Instagram that he's very acrobatic so that's a plus
