Yes. I’m sticking with the guy @ 14:30. Staying long with my best-in-class holdings - AAPL, TSLA & PLTR. Silly to play the timing game just to chase a possible small cap rotation. Lower rates will benefit the entire S&P - esp consumer discretionary, automotive, and corporate capex spending - which will be rocket fuel for Apple, Tesla and Palantir. Tom Lee is smart & prescient. But I’m sitting tight & gathering spare cash to DCA into my 3 racehorses. Thanks for the great content, Tom! 👍🧠💰📈

But the IWM companies dont make as much money as the Big Caps so their PE should be lower so yes they can go up but I dont think their PE should be same as large caps or Mag 7.

Most likely yes, but depends which REITS. If economy does slow down and small independent stores + offices close, commercial REITS will most likely continue to bleed. I don't touch these yet. Even more if large chains go bankrupts. However some app'ts and home rental REITS have started to post nice gains. Not financial advice

You are right on REITs. Especially if you pay attention to what Blackstone has been buying. David Swensen portfolio advocates 10% to 15% permanently allocated to REITs. Don’t forget Small Cap Value & Growth segments too (especially small cap growth)

Tearing the S&P down isn't even possible from a liquidity-point-of-view. Big firms and hedge funds can't just swap over with their big positions. On the other hand most small caps aren't even profitable, that means high risk. Of course some of the better Russel-stocks will crush it very soon.

I don’t have a doom and gloom out look however i work in manufacturing and across the industry everyone is slow and this is usually a busy time for us. I make knives on the side and have pen turning and woodworking friends who have watched their side work disappear. Basically any areas depending on disposable income are suffering. When I did personal training in 2010 they told me in late 2006 money began to dry up before the 07/08 crash. Maybe things will pick up but I’m playing more defensively with a dash of optimism. Great video.

Well, yes, however they also cut rates if inflation hits its target. High interest rates don’t just affect companies, they affect consumers. If inflation hits its target, keeping them low for longer is risking economic collapse and hardship for no reason. The main reason they are higher is because of inflation. Once the target is hit, the Fed can slowly start lowering rates and test the effects. They can always pause or reverse again. Either way, the fed has been quite honest for the past 4-5 years, so I wouldn’t fight them and instead adjust to them.
