I love the eerie, stream of consciousness feeling that this song has, so I thought I could bring that out with a lot of vocals. I've been really enjoying recording in my room recently, even though it gets incredibly hot with the AC off in the summer. Do you like the more cinematic stuff or a simpler visual set up?

I found this channel because I occasionally listen to WhoIsRun (another small channel, she sings similarly). I thought it was interesting to see this in my recommended, and I love this version or "cover" of it. Tom's diner is such a beautiful tune to listen to. Great work 👍.

Ich bin gerade durch "Küppersbusch" und sein Rätsel-Gitarrenspiel auf die mir vom Namen unbekannte songwriterin Suzanne Vega gestoßen und habe mir ihre zwei prägnanten Lieder aus den 1980-iger Jahren angehört. Sie waren damals ein "Ohrwurm". Sie wird heute 65 Jahre alt. Und nun zu Dir, mir ebenfalls unbekannte Künstlerin. Du machst das ebenfalls ausgezeichnet! Ich hatte ja den Vergleich.

It is okay. Wait i hear something. Is the sound rebouncing of the wall in your room or is that just the acoustic manner the song was sung? It has a little bit of artistic feel. Did you compose the song yourself?

Thank you for asking! The bouncing sound is added reverb in the program I recorded it in. In my room there isn't a lot of natural reverb, so I wanted to add some into the song. It's definitely more artsy, so I knew some people might not like it, but I wanted to try it for this song since I really enjoy big spacious sounds. The original song is by Suzanne Vega (it was an a capella piece with just one voice if I'm right about which one is the original). I did write the other voice parts for this cover. Thanks for listening, it seems like you pay a lot of attention when you listen to things, which I really appreciate!
