Tom Thibodeau reacts to disappointing end to Knicks' season, making the leap next season | SNY

Following the Knicks 130-109 loss to the Pacers that ended the team's season, coach Tom Thibodeau praised the team for their effort throughout the season despite the amount of injuries the team suffered. Thibodeau gave an update to Jalen Brunson after he left the game with a fractured hand and OG Anunoby who started the game but did not return after the first quarter.

Knicks need to hire good strength and conditioning coach to limit the injuries suffered during 2024 season/playoffs. No other NBA team has suffered more injuries to their rotation than NY Knicks. Overall Knicks played with heart and gave it their best. Everyone in NY is optimistic and future is bright for the Knicks

Just a great season by a bunch of guys that never quit. There will be millions of young Knick fans around the world created from this playoff run... So proud of the Knicks. Unfortunately health is name of the game in NBA playoffs this era. ECF is composed of the only two teams besides Orlando that didn't sustain injuries to #1 or #2 player as the Celtics also coasted through two injured teams. Mavericks lucked out vs Clippers without Kawhi... Is what it is.

This team is special they battle every night despite all the injuries. Great coaching staff hope they get healthy next season and probably use some of their assets picks to get a shot creator a Donavan Mitchell or a dorozan type player to take pressure off brunson 🎉 Great season

If they were able to keep the group they ended the regular season with healthy, the results would most likely have been different. It's a great team. Even if they had somehow triumphed today, there's no way they would have competed in the finals w/o Brunson and Hart. It's better they went down now.

I will say pacers played physical all series especially on Brunson and he never got enough calls but can’t complain any more they outplayed us .

Fire him! the Knicks have hit its ceiling with him as coach, bad game time coach, cant inbound a pass, poor use of time outs and hurts his starting players buy overworking them, we had no lineup if we had won, his mo is what we saw this yr

Disappointing end of season. Nah. The realistic fans knew we couldn’t win with all these injuries and then burner Brunson fractures his hand today. Icing on the cake. Better off to not face Boston and get 🧹 with 6 players available. Exciting future for this squad. 🟠🔵
