谢谢小高姐。我没试过这种方法，最近尝试一下。平常喜欢先用油炒西红柿，这样番茄红素会溶到油里，最后汤的表面会飘有一层很漂亮的红油，特别有食欲。小高姐说得没错，现在西红柿很难买到味道好的了，所以我夏天会自己种西红柿。或者做西红柿菜肴的时候加一些意大利产的西红柿paste, 颜色好看味道也特别浓郁。

太赞了。生活就是把简单的东西做的好吃就够了～

Tip: use the small grape or cherry tomatoes, room temp for best flavor. Thats if u have no real homegrown tomatoes, from the store, the small variety is way more flavorful... And i eat tomatoes, like anytime i can get good ones, tomato sandwiches... Plain... So i got good taste. Grew up eating beefsteak tomatoes from farm in midwest. Small varieties are your best bet from store i promise.

I made this today, it's a really fragrant and delicious soup! Perfect if you want to eat a simple dish.

我家鄉有話說，一家一味蕃茄蛋，指的是西紅柿炒蛋，每家各有自己的做法，有甜有酸有鹹有辣，真是百家爭鳴。煮湯雖只有一味鹹為主，但真的流程各有巧妙，我們家除了留一半切碎先入湯出味，另有一半切大塊在最後點入，讓喜歡西紅柿的人能直接享用它的口感及酸甜。。。只能說這一味真沒有絕對，只有對味的想念~~~

也有人會先用油把畺、 蒜頭爆香，再加入番茄炒香，最後加水煮湯。他們番茄寒涼，要爆香煮熱才可。

看著高姐煮著菜 心裡一邊想著種有一天要吃到小高姐的手藝🙂

I am amazed at how simple and delicious this soup is! It's almost as simple as making tea and you get a light yet warming savoury broth, tomatoes give such a tender delicious taste and looks so pretty! reminds me of a pond with little fish swimming by. Thank you for sharing

so true! it is so hard to find delicious tomatoes at a normal market these days with all the chemicals they use just to make the fruit look pretty. you have to grow them yourself if you want delicious flavor!
