The very first jump up.. how even? I've tried it a hundred times and can't ever grab it

You can also try going around that structure and climb up from the high side, as she slides down, jump and grab.

I cant for the life of me pull it off. The one in temple of xian in the beggining is easier than this.

You say no glitch. But the first jump is a glitch. And is not the first time you make this jump in your glitchLESS speedrun tomb raider 2

The first jump is not a glitch, you just turn in the air to line up

Good thing you're not in charge of what the community considers a glitch, because you have no idea. A skip does not equal a glitch.
