Seems crazy, but in Illinois you need a FOID card. I don’t know what the penalties are if you don’t have one. I highly doubt they will apply for one, but if they do have one without a card then they’re criminals. Illinois is a blue state, because of Chicago. Rural Illinois doesn’t stand for it.

No, because we should secure the rights of Americans before we concern ourselves with the troubles of America.
