John Farnham is an Aussie icon. He immigrated from the UK with his family when he was still a kid. Has been singing since the late 60s I think. Worth checking out John's cover of Help. Really good. Tommy knocked this out of the park 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻

If you haven't seen the original, check out John Farnham with the MSO (Melbourne Symphony Orchestra). This is his anthem. Great cover by Tommy, he really nailed it. Really the only person who could do it justice.😊

There was a lot going on in the world in 1987. Ronald Reagan called for the Berlin Wall to come down , war in the Gulf, protests in Seoul Korea, wall street market crash and what you mentioned. The song is a call to protest for what you believe in. It's as fitting now as it ever was. Tommy has once again done a fantastic job! Great reaction too.

As usual, Tommy upgraded this song. I always loved the original, but it was just a bit too slow for my taste, now it's perfect. If you play the video until the very end, you will see Tommy made a little promo for his friend and Majestica bandmate, Chris David, who just released a debut EP with his new band Wizdoom (he is still in Majestica too). They also released a video for the song Way Of The Lost, it's on Chris David's channel, and it's a truly beautiful song. Can you check it out?

Wizdoom are amazing, love their sound. A bluesy, doom with some 70’s flair. And the bass….. Chris David are truely a bass wizard. Music for the soul 😀

Since the cold war really heated up during the Reagan administration in the 80 and this was 1985, I don't think it's a big leap to assume this song is about the absurdity of it all.
