This version naturally appeals to modern taste. Yet thw original version from swedish Jussi Björling is beyond any performance in this planet. His voice jusr freezes your blood especially at the end. This was a worthy conclusion to a remarkable great journey with Tommy through the Advent. Christmas came faste than ever this year. I am so thankful to take this journey with Tommy and Wish him all the best. He really deserve at least 500.000 followers. Can't wait for the next covers in friday from 2023. And for the new majestica album next year. He told so on RU-vid

Tommy is amazing! But You should listen to ”O helga natt” by Jussi Björling, another Swede. Not alive anymore but regarded as the worlds best tenor. There is an old black and White recording on YT.
