Honestly makes Marine that much higher tier that she can make Sugita laugh and be taken aback like that.

If you watch more Sugita videos, you'll notice he cant handle people, especially women who are confrontional/make dirty jokes. He makes dirty jokes himself so he gets caught off guard if another person does it.

Most character need button inputs on controllers for special techniques. Most probably sugita is refering to the ones which can do a move with just sticks on controller.

@@rickd908 I can't think of any like that... Wasn't he describing command normals with that sliding kick he mentioned?

@@runbaa9285 yeah it's anji mito's normals, the "sliding" move is 3S and the "high slash" is 6H. anji has a mechanic where you can trigger guard point if the opponent hits you during some command normals and do a special move right away (K during guard point puts you at plus so you can link into whatever), which is what sugita was referencing that he likes.
