The focus of this workout is to learn and practice a variety of strengthening exercises to build and maintain muscular strength and endurance through isolated and compound movements that target specific muscle groups. Each week will focus on different muscle groups.
Rebecca will keep you motivated and moving seamlessly through each interval.
Warm-up and cool down are included.
