Christine Bullock here! This is your burn and tone workout. You won't need any props today, so leave the weights and mat and just bring yourself. There will be about 10 reps in this exercises. That's how we're building up the burn!
We will work on those trouble areas that we don't normally use. These include areas like your hamstrings. We'll even get some waist work in there as well. If you're sitting around on your phone or working, these will help strengthen those muscles that don't really get a lot of attention.
