A great role model for all young people from any generation. Goes to show that if you have compassion and heart for something in life's journey that you can overcome life's difficulties and come out on top. Also proves that a mentor can be of great importance to a younger person. We should all be grateful for a little guidance from time to time.

Following her passion with grit, determination and talent honed over the years with what probably seemed like all roads blocked, is an inspiration for any person.

Since, she’s in MLB The Show 24 I’m planning on making an all Minnesota squad including anybody tied to Minnesota. Plan on adding her, Minnie Minoso and Duke Snider since they were St. Paul Saints. Also plan on adding Orlando Cepeda and Willie Mays since they were Minneapolis Millers.
