As your power is fluctuating, Best way is to do cycloplegic refraction. ✓If it's due to Accommodation spasm or ciliary muscle spasm, you will have eyestrain, heaviness of lids(typical Asthenopic Symptoms) at the end of the day or after a long duration of constant near work. ✓In DYNAMIC Retinoscopy you will have lead of accommodation.

@@optometry-with-samir Brother i am Having Symptoms Like ~When I wake Up in the morning I can See Same Object From Same Distance from my Home Clearly (e.g Dishtv antena caption ,faraways Car no.plate) ~ if i will use mobile for lets say more than half hour then Same thing From Same Distance Goes Blurry When I look at them Directly From Mobile Screen To Them And When I keep mobile Away for 10 to 15min Then I Get Some Clearity again Some Sharpness again to same object at same Distnce Same Goes For TV /Using Mobile =TV movie's Title Blur/ Mobile Away From Me Get Clarity After 15 mins Can Read the Movie name ~In Low light I Am Struggling very much To See Clearly Whereas AT same Distance In Sunlight Or Good Light I can see Easily At Exact Same distnce .Till the Evening Or in Evenging my Vision Reducess Very much In Compare To Morning Asthenopic Sym. Like Eye strain And Little Bit Headache I feel In evening When I Try to See Distance object Or Shop board Constantly For 2mins Which are Far away I think these are Symp.Of Psedomyopia BUT Doctor are not paying attention Then done Slit lamp ,AR, IOP Check And Saying Its Myopia and They are Not Doing Cycloplegic Refraction (Cyclopentolate, It will Take 4/5 hours to see clearly, i Think thats the main reason Of There laziness i think)
