Seems like a great guy (Tony), very grounded and comes across as very honest which makes a nice change for a guy selling and driving premium cars! Top respect!
Must be a wined up, tony 38. He must have had a lot of hills on his paper round. Good to see you are all close friends, all work well together and good to hear Tony’s story👍🏻
I hope you always feature Tony. It wouldn’t be classic for him to make his own channel but the chemistry between you guys is great. I love listening to you guys talk. Also, I agree with Tony. It’s not about silly risk but capital at risk is capital that will either give you more or teach you well.
The risks are putting yourself in financial gambles that if they pay off, you'll be rewarded with a big financial gain. His expertise is cars. I don't live in the UK & don't know the laws there. However, in the US, I can buy a car with superficial damage that the insurance Co. wrote off, buy it, fix it, & them sell for a good profit. You can literally do this with anything. Boats, houses, jewelry, musical gear, or anything that can be bought & sold. The catch is the "Hard Work!" IOW, time put in & the research of knowledge to lessen the risks.
Tony went into a lot of detail about his past on an episode of the Behind The Glass podcast a while back, really recommend checking it out. Really a good story !
There’s no secret to becoming a millionaire. It’s basically hard work/ pushing yourself the extra mile and being in the right place at the right time. Luck also plays a part. Bottom line thou, if you don’t start seeing rewards after pushing yourself for so long motivating drys up it’s not easy. Good luck to anyone as long as they’ve paid there tax and earned it! I’ve had money and I’ve been skint! I’ll take money every time
Am someone that grew up poor in different foster homes and 3 different families, am 18 now but always told my self am gonna b a millionaire with loads of nice cars and a house, I've only just started getting full time work but not getting paid yet still doing it free for experience but am working from crack of dawn to till I cant see what am doing just to make that dream come true
Tony is so funny. He’s got all the gear on these days.... yeezys, Cartier love bracelet, Daytona Rolex etc... You been hanging out with TGE / Archie as of late haha
Hats off to Tony. He came from a humble background, has obviously been very successful and is reaping the rewards of that success. A word of caution though to anyone looking to emulate Tony's strategy... He's using finance to purchase his cars. That's fine and he can do this with relatively low risk, because he 'could' afford to pay for them outright if the financial tide turns. Not everyone financing their vehicles will be in the fortunate position Tony's in and they will finance to leverage a more expensive car than they can really afford. So if the financial landscape changes, as it's likely to do within the next 18 months with a recession overdue, people with huge finance obligations are at high financial risk if they can't meet those obligations, for example, if they lose their job because the company goes bust during the recession. As Warren Buffet put it, 'You can tell who's skinny dipping when the tide goes out'.
Great story about ole Tone!!!! He's done very well for himself and no one should take that away from him. Not even himself with any "I could of done this/ that...!" rubbish. All in good time.
That’s Awesome that Tony used to drive a Bus 🚌🤔. Also he’s Definitely made it since his days of having nowhere to live & having $0 What A Comeback Story🙏🏻. Thx for sharing it w us Tony/Archie.
Wow, I would never have thought Tony was 38... did I do my math right? I love Tony, his laugh is infectious, just didn’t think we were around the same age.
I'm an old guy from Texas and it's hard for me to understand when those two guys are in a hysterical moment and they're laughing Tony's got that Cockney accent which is hilarious to me
Glad you had another amazing drive through the centre of the busiest city in the UK with supercars - really enjoying what these machines are built for (or seeking attention as usual)
How did Tony make the jump from bus driver to car sales? The initial investment etc? Did he start with cheap sub 10k cars buying and selling and gradually build up portfolio and money to then move to executive/supercars?
It’s good to see Tony on your channel he makes me laugh all the time. His laugh cracks me up! 😂 and the way he takes the piss out of you!! 😂 That was a very short story about Tony and not really a in-depth story. We need to know more of how he started. From being a bus driver to becoming a dealer with no money. (How did he do it)????? More info! Pls and more of Tony 👍🏻 Great job Archie 🤪
Great story, reminds me of The Stradman who lived in his car for a while and now has almost 2 million subscribers. Thanks Archie. Regards, Bob M. South Wales
Hmm, I don’t really feel I know the whole story about Tony and his past. Did he go from driving a bus to starting an auto sales business? Does he invest outside that business? Much was left unsaid. We all love Tony because he seems the most approachable of these car vloggers. He’s cool and very down to earth. We could all see ourselves having a beer with Tony. These other blokes? Not so much.- no 0ffense, just the truth. It’s a compliment to Archie that Tony like him so much.
Great video. Its shows with you all that hard works pays off, if it's Tony's story, or TGE with all his jobs and ventures or Archie with racing. Your not handed it, you have to work for it and hopefully its something you enjoy or at least your able to buy things you enjoy lol
He comes from a normal humble family. That has a car showroom on the side of their house. He also claimed to learn the Nurburgring in 20 mins on a Simulator.
He's definitely been bankrolled at some point. It's obvious. Nobody who says they come from a normal background has a car showroom on the side of their house. It's pretty insulting to normal people tbh
Cracking video boys. Really enjoying the Archie/ Tony combo. However..... you really must explain this 10 year age difference!!!!!!!!!!! Either Archie you're older than you look or Tony is younger than he looks?????????????????????????? Keep the videos coming lads, much love from LarkTV
Archie’s teaches Tony on a track now Tony should teach Archie how to drive a bus! That would be insane! Yep love the story and yes Tony you do have to work hard!
10:45 I agree with Tony's opinion. The more naughts one has the more money one loses. But then the more the risks are invested, the more money to lose. ;) 13:11 Those bendy buses are now in Malta, or rather way back when PM B. Johnson was the Major of London, he sold them to us Maltese and now most of them went up in flames! lol
@@amacca2085 If you're talking about Manny he barely buys supercars, most of the time he buys hypercars, they hold value, they're great to drive and own, it's a passion and why not have something very few people own? Yeah status of course is a factor but if you've worked hard for your money, why not spend it on things you enjoy?
Tony is a top guy would love to meet him he is right with money but everyone is diferent theres one thing it cant buy is family and love keep humble people ✌️
I used to think that money was important to be happy and have a good life, wrong, when my son died at 19yrs old, and I had spent all my time on my business, I realised that time is important, you don't know how much of it you will have for yourself or your kids, is the time earning a million quid worth more than spending that time with your family.?
Tony has already stated in a previous vid , he used to knob them up ! He already said he came from humble beginnings and has had to duck and dive to get there ;)
love to see tony driving a bus would make for an interesting video and was interesting knowing a bit more about tony on how he got to where he is now good video
