Tony Blair has begun giving evidence to the Iraq inquiry in London for a second time. The former Prime Minister, who took Britain into war in 2003, has been recalled after making clear last time he had "no regrets" about invading the country. Today he said that he had always made clear to former US President George Bush that he would be "up for" regime change in Iraq if it was the only way of dealing with Saddam Hussein. The former Prime Minister acknowledged that he had discussed ousting Saddam Hussein with Mr Bush as early December 2001 - even though it was not then British policy.
