Great game on either platforn, but the PS2 version was truly-excellent with its fast, silky-smooth performance, it was the ultimate skating game at the time.
@@BETS76911 Wrong, the PS2 version target and maintain 60 fps most of the time, play it on actual console, move the camera with the right analog stick and then tell me if its not 60 fps
it's such a huge difference from last gen to next gen PS2 runs it as 60FPS, looks more crisp while the PSX runs it at 30FPS looks more outdated. Good job PS2 👍
Well that's obviously because PS1 is a fifth generation console and PS2 is a sixth generation console. Not gonna lie though, the PS1 port of Pro Skater 3 is very impressive.
It stopped releasing games just before 3 hit the shelves, Dreamcast has the best version of the first one & the 2nd one until the OG Xbox re-released it
@@nexxusty It makes perfect sense! There are plenty of cross-gen games that are better on a previous generation. The most recent example is the newly leaked Dinosaur Planet (N64) that became Star Fox Adventures on GC, and many people disliked this game. If you can't see that or don't know how to respect someone else's opinion, well... then that's your own problem.
this is an actual upgrade, no like buying the last of us on PS4 rather than PS3 so it looks a little better if you're actively seeking out a difference
That isn’t a particularly fair comparison. The Last of us on PS4 also ran at 1080p 60fps with no issues or frame drops. The Last of us ran on the PS3 at 720p and was barely able to hit 30fps, it’s unfair to say that Last of us on the PS4 wasn’t an actual upgrade.
