Solid video homie. For me, I didn't really get INTO the series as a kid until THUG came along. Watching my brother play through the story made me realize "oh dang, skateboarding games can actually be pretty sick", so I'd always bug him to let me play or at least watch. As a kid you don't normally care about new mechanics or even plot, but Underground was a bit of a turning point for me in that regard. So for that, the game will have a tiny place in my Gamer™ heart.

My buddy and I beat the game once and then upped the difficulty and beat it again expecting to have to race Eric at the end, and he just Lex Luger’s that bitch in the face instead. Incredible. 3 things: 1. THUG is the best skateboarding game with the absolute best soundtrack (and opens with fucking Jurassic 5 so you already know the games about to be GOAT 2. This new channel is lit af brother 3. Always pick Zero. Girl is a close second, but it’s Zero all day.

I wish I could look back to see how many hours i put into this game as a kid. Repeatedly play the story and then spend nights on the hitter than hell map. So much fun. Favorite game ever.
Been playing THPS online since THPS4! THUG always had the most creative and loving community full of people who became life long friends so this game holds a very special place in my heart. I'm glad it still lives on in THUG Pro.
Best game ever, i remember playing on the miami part, my player got stuck and glitched during a stall on a quarterpipe. I went Hawaii with my family for a week after that and left the game on. When i came back from vacation and landed the trick after a week, just stacking points for a trick lol. The amount of points were insane! Hahah Wicked video!
THUG did something no other game could do, it had insane replayability for me just from simple things like what team you choose or teammates you recruit. I feel like THUG was a perfect balance between hitting "realistic" moves and insane, no way thats happening in real life moves.
This video was very well made. 😂 Not one dull second. This game brings back loads of fun memories, my best friend and I spent a whole weekend 100%ing it and laughing our asses off. When we beat it the second time, and the MC just punched Eric in the face instead of "one more trip around the neighborhood," we woke up the whole house. Looking back though, it's where the series started to lose touch in my opinion. The vehicle driving bits were just gimmicky and distracting, and some of the levels were just kind of dull. Having to play as a custom character wasn't really my jam either. Thps4 is the series peak for me. Yet still, THUG is a classic and this video really brought me back to more innocent times.
My 11 year son would get a kick out of the deez it’s line 🤣😂 I keep telling him don’t say it but I keep laughing. So loving these videos 😂 seeing all these games make me want to play them again
