I thought this would be hokey I kinda don't like gurus but he seems genuine and his advice actually makes sense. I think I will listen to a few more. I have had anxiety on and off most of my life and gotten worse this year so I hope it will help me and all of you watching.

Tony Robbins has taken his positive natural inclination of helping people cope with/“master” various matters and developed/expanded it into a ginormous business. His cold shower techniques etc definitely work and can be gradually phased in like slowly entering an exhilarating alpine lake. PS) Many “self-help gurus” have valuable lessons to transmit. However, bear in mind that YOU have unique lessons also and constantly trying to master an OVERABUNDANCE of weapons/techniques can result in “bewildering failure”. Discover your “built in” natural inclination and attempt to expand on that.

A few months ago we lost my beloved son in law, He was paralyzed in his back so neither one of his legs worked then he got an infection that caused him to lose both of his legs. At one point he thought he found an option for him to be able to get prosthetics but it ended up being a dead end so with nothing to look forward to he fired all his nurses and gave up. His last words were it is what it is 😢 i wish he could have listened to you before he died

Liked and subscribed. Been looking for advice on how to go about my life. I've done almost every drug known to man, I am sober now other then smoking weed. My dad had a massive stroke back in March of last year it made me seriously depressed. Thank you for this.

... I lost my career job. I retired,.. i wasn't prepared... i tried to return,.. but couldn't. I stressed to hard, got anxiety, insomnia, .. and depression. Im suffering daily, because im unable to do anything, and my Negativity is full blown. My mental and physical health are declining,... im in so much mental pain. Insomnia, unable to sleep,.. has worsened every thing..... How..!?,. How can i recover...🙏😟
