I have to compliment you guys on this RU-vid channel. I just received my Via and using these videos, have learned how to do a lot of the things I was wondering about. Thanks!
@@ZiZZOBikes perhaps a video or videos about aftermarket add on's or upgrades? For example, things to consider before changing to a suspension seat post, or a different shape handlebar, etc.. Just a thought.
Hi and thank you for reaching out. Yes, the saddle binder bolt IS VERY difficult to remove (as it should be). It is torqued to approximately 22 Newton Meters. Because of the torque, it is absolutely imperative that the correct size tool be used as well. Ultimately, if you are not able to loosen the binder bolt, you can bring (just) the seatpost and saddle to a local bike shop and they should be able to loosen it up for you. Tony
Not a problem! We have a page (zizzo.bike/pages/comfort-saddle-installation) that may help. If that page does not help, please reach out to our Customer Service Team at support@zizzo.bike or 866-788-2202. Tony
Hi @fouadiahmed3652 You can certainly lighten up your Campo! Do note that the Urbano and Campo do use different grades of aluminum in theri frames (Urbano uses a lighter alloy). However, you can still make some big weight savings on your Campo. The list would be too long to post and would require more information from you. When you are able to, reach out to me (Tony) at 866-788-2202 or support@zizzo.bike.
