Wow a hard DLC for a hard game. And people complain how difficult it is that sounds like a skill issue on their part.

Its crazy, even basic foot soldiers are killing me. Theres this one red named enemy that has a colossal sword that i still cant kill. I ran past him and beat the boss of that area. I tried to go back to that red name enemy and still cant. I fucking love this DLC.

All I heard the entire time elden ring was out is how easy it was and how powerful builds were. I just assumed from soft would nerf certain builds but I guess they didn’t go that route. Instead now they’ve added dlc that’s actually a challenge for all those broken builds in the base game and I’m sorta fine with that.

I agree and I'll admit I complain too but it's honestly me bitching at my self because I'm not good enough yet or I mess up and get too aggressive and waste screw things up lol

The dlc fights make you play the game instead of cheese it so it feels like a dance with the boss and is imo more fun than the base game

My only complaint with the dlc is the fact I have been unable to play it. For some reason ever since the dlc patch came out, I have just been straight up unable to play Elden Ring without it crashing and I have no sweet clue why. It doesn't lag much, no stutters, no freezing up until the literal second of the crash, nothing. It doesn't make any sense why it is crashing

People forget you can change the difficulty, level up your character and use spirit ashes

These are the same people that will play without summons and shit talk everyone for using them. Then complain when their ego run is too difficult.

It was like that during the initial release of the game when nobody could get past the first boss

I love a challenge that's what makes life and games better when you get thrown a challenge

Ive seen so many of these videos that dont talk about why its considered hard, unlike the base game almost every single enemy has hyper armor on literally every attack, I explored and got the tree blessing to rank 6 but still got 2 shot by the first boss (60 vigor and heavy armor)

The only unfair part is pvp I was playing on the free online weekend a couple days ago and I got destroyed by almost every single dlc weapon

I can agree with the entire getting good, with the exception of the commander in the boar, mostly cause i feel like he wasnt tested at all and his hit box makes me feel like he was meant to be a bigger enemy.

I was extremely happy it was super hard. It's been so long since i was stuck on a boss. It felt like i was playing elden Ring for the first time again

Crazy how a few years ago hard is ok but now it’s just so bad to have a hard game… I feel like it’s a lot of people not understanding to go and get the upgrades they offer in the dlc. And people just want to beat it so they want it to be easy so they can say they beat it. When the game literally is upgrading your spirit ashes to be stronger you know it’s gonna be a challenge.

The only thing hard about it is navigating the map, man it can get confusing at times. Granted, I've only beaten the divine lion, messmer, the centepide woman (can't remember her name), Rellana, Giaus, and Midra but none them come close to Melania, Frieda, Orphan of Kos for difficulty. The game ain't hard, people just suck. Give me 2 more days to finish the rest

In my experience I would say it's not that the DLC is too hard it's more like the feeling of absolute helplessness during some of these boss battles like the dancing lion it never stops attacking how do you attack something that doesn't take a moment to breathe the only reason I won that fight was pure f****** luck not skill so too an extent I agree with those that are complaining about the difficulty but more so about the boss's non-stop aggression there needs to be a moment where we can f****** attack there is always a light shining in the darkness therefore there should always be a weakness in their armor or in this case just stopped for a f****** single moment to breathe keep in mind I've been playing souls game since the very beginning of it all

Yeah i dont understand how people are complaining about the difficulty in a souls game. Now if every enemy was stronger or just as strong as soldier of godrick then i could see the problem since you would have to cheese every enemy but they didn't and all the dlc bosses are way easier then soldier of godrick.

Only thing thats too hard is the final boss the fact that i can get the health bar halfway through its name and still have 6 flask of tears remaning only to make a single mistake and die instantly is just too much i dont even think im under leveld im 167 with the blessing at 14 wearing the heviast armor i can while mid rolling and using buffs thst put all my defences in the high 80s loe 90s but almost every attack one shots me

At least Lies of P developers realized that stupid artificial difficutly for the sake of some elitist minority is not worth it so they tune it down making LoP similar to Sekiro, hard but fair.

People need to stop crying it's a good fun game not as bad as elden ring day 1 I feel like.

Anyone saying that it's too hard needs to go watch the VoD of Adrian's stream yesterday. Level 1. Modded, obviously. Bro said he cleared Godfrey, Radhan, and the Lord of Blood without leveling any stats or weapons. None of the usual quality of life upgrades. Just a terrible time all around of gittin' GUD before he managed to down even a single optional boss.

The DLC is legitimately a tad overtuned and could use some nerfs. Just about every boss is on par if not harder than malenia and not in a good way. -hyper aggressive openings -bad or unreadable hit boxes -enldess attack strings with 0 openings -spam -high damage even on moves that attack 12 times a second. I could go on. I am managing and am through most of bosses, but this dlc was very clearly balanced much differently than base game and i dont think people were ready for that.

Whiners and complainers that Fromsoft nerfed all of their OP builds from the game by making the monsters quicker, hit harder and have more health. This DLC is far from hard though.

I didn't spin up a new Character. I went into this DLC on NG+4 . I took Thursday and Friday off, and played 12-14 hours a day. Sunday night at midnight I beat the game. Its not too hard, you all just need to git gud.
