The home features plenty of storage and so many standard and unique features it's hard to list them all! The home is 13' x 37' 2" with 497 square feet of living space. The home has an entire list of standard features that you can read on their website. We've detailed many in the video, and others include - R-19 wall and ceiling, R-11 floor insulation; hardwood cabinet fronts; ceiling ducts; pex plumbing'; 2x6" exterior walls and floor joists, 16" oc; lifetime architectural shingles;1/2" drywall with rounded (bullnose) corners and many more features.
