I’m still sexually inexperienced. Lost my virginity at 26, 27 now with just a body count of 2. I never blamed women, I understand I was just a pussy for most of my 20s and got comfortable drowning my personal problems with just being a hermit and smoking tons of pot, playing tons of video games and just really wasting my time. I always knew it was my mind and poor socialization growing up. I’ve had low self esteem and self worth my entire life and still working on it. Never did blame women though. It still depresses me how much time I wasted. My body game is fine, lost 50 pounds in a year now I’m looking athletic and have good muscle build. But fuck man my brains still fucked ngl. Im putting myself out there more in front of women lately, being more social etc.

Have you stepped your reading game up? Check out books about like "as a man thinketh" or David Goggins book etc....books that talk about winning the battle in your mind. Or books about self mastery. Cuz it all starts in the mind, your mind is your biggest asset it should be your friend and not your enemy. Sounds like you're on the right path man, you have self awareness and you realize you're in control of your own destiny that's the part most dudes don't get. Do you train martial arts? If not, try it out you may be surprised of the positive effects it has on your mind

The messed up thing about consuming too much of the content in this space is that you really can take on the energy and mindset of guys who have it worse off that you. Those guys are very vocal and you can have elongated "red pill rage" if you watch these types of videos for too long. I call it overdosing on the red/black pill. To another point in your video, the problems occur when I want a particular woman, usually because of her looks. Most the women I've had success with I didn't really have to go out of my way to get that success. Like you told me years ago, I think my problem still is that I need to not be pressed
