Exactly. It's aweful that the stars repeating the same exact montage started by Aamir in Dangal. Like bollywood don't have anything to showcase other than these!
@Shashwat yes I know all of that but there is always better scope of nutrition and exercise, training smartly is very important, not just quantity of training, but quality is more important

To the beginners of fitness who are watching this: Let me remind you that it isn’t the the hard work you put on in gym will make you muscular or fit but what you eat is the key! They have shown only the training which is the easiest, the hardest one is eating a healthy diet which is costly and time consuming. Pure dedication and budget is needed.

He thought he will first made himself big tummy guy and then will say I can't do it but eventually become 8 abs bodybuilder and he will be famous like Amir Khan. But he forgot that no one gives fuck about your abs and body if the script and movies is pathetic. That same happened here.

Very hard working man. Also big credit to the team of trainers, physiotherapist, nutritionist, supplement advisers. Doing this alone would hv been a real challenge. Awesome team work.
U r absolutely right pavan. Heroes put on weight willingly by not exercising and eating more. Then they come out and tell like I have become so unfit and have to work hard to transform. Hrithik did that before war. All about publicity and marketing of the field

That is true my brother, even I’m from powerlifting sport and very less people get into the sport and also not supported by any audience or federation. Competition dates unknown. No promotion from government.
@@shashankdawn yeah professionals do use steroids but still they really need to work very hard especially to build an athletic body like farhan has in the movie.
Chris Hemsworth used Body Suit in Avengers Endgame, and It didn't really make any difference, he nailed the Fat Thor role. Aside from Farhan, the movie was not good, they should have put more effort into the movie.
@Ma Dong Seok fans of course do you think naturally its possible that is also within 3month bollywood is completely dependend on steriods do you think at the of 48 your natural testosterone will response like these which farhan akhtar has achieved?

Ya the movie Really sucks 😞 Could be more more better But they Just repeat Same sports drama movie Story we are used to See. Not even a Single unpredictable thing happened in movie. The transformation doesn't worth it.

@Hiten Bhadra I mean he was in shape before and he didn't stop training but gained weight by bulking, so his muscles were behind fatty layer. All Bodybuilders do it.
Why these actors always try to show off their efforts in maintaining their fitness only as if they are contributing to something good while gaining or losing weight 😂
Felt sad for Farhan. He s put his whole life, dedication, efforts for the film and the SCRIPT destroyed it in seconds. Trust me "Sarpatta Parambarai" (Tamil) bangs the show. Omg what performances from each and everyone. Hats off! Just go watch it and enjoy your night. 💯🏆
Both are of its own kind Swamy - both have the physique spotlight - but SP had the clan as underlying and Toofaan had Ananya as underlying... I enjoyed seeing both... No complaints
