my grandson showed me how to enter for these union dunks and I was 42 minutes into the queue. didn't win . I think I like the covering on them better because without that skin, it looks more like a regular dunk and not as unique.
I hit on the purple Dunks in a 10.5 this morning. Second hit on Union overall (Guava 4s). Did not know that you can tear off the top layer on these. Pretty cool.

Its not the cutting that hurts me... Its the creases... lawd in heaven the pain... I can't do it and can't see to this day how some dig the creases, I always gotta have some type of crease protection. Dope shoe and material cut/customizing vid.
Have you seen my patent bred crease video? They weren't that bad... I TOTALLY agree with these dunks though... that purple leather is all creased up on the toe.... I'm still torn which way I like better. You can't see the creasing as bad with the rip stop still on it.
Dan we need a wear test on the Muslin Jordan 3. Such a nice shoe but scared to wear mine due to not knowing how fast it’ll get dirty!! Feel like a lot of people are in the same boat too!
I am sure they'll get dirty quickly.... There are a bunch at the Memory Lane. If I get one it'll be a GS size and give it to my ladies to wear. That should do the trick, yeah?
@@SuperDanTheShoeMan The original inspiration for this colorway was the "City Attack" dunk from 1999. Then the "Flip the Old School" dunks from ~2020 did a similar colorway, but did a color swap on each shoe, and flipped the swoosh upside down.. Sick shoe, but womens sizing only.
You think that the leather gives it higher looking quality? I have seen that one cut... I think I agree.... I haven't cut my size 6.5 yet in the Argons.
Do you know what the base shoe is based off of? I know Chris Gibbs based these off of older dunks like the argon’s and the Pistachios but I’m not sure what this one is
@@SuperDanTheShoeMan well the Pistachios are based off of Europe exclusive dunk high from 2000 as well as the psychic blues are the Argon dunks from way back then as well

Yo first thanks for doing this for the culture!! Second... the reason I don't understand the dunk hype is exactly what you are complaining about they are horribly uncomfortable and your feet actually hurt after wearing for an extended period! The one exception is SB Dunks.. they are night and day from regular dunks! The insoles of SBs has the air built in and the tongue is alot more padded! The only dunks I wear are SBs because they are actually wearable.. I don't see any SBs in your collection but would definitely recommend u try!
i had the clivers. they felt fine but i didn't like the way they looked on my feet. i just got a size 11.5 hawaii high and it looks good on my feet and it's definitely more comfortable than these! are you a wide footer too?
@@SuperDanTheShoeMan yep wide short foot bro! Size 8/8.5! And absolutely the SB Highs are ALOT more conducive to wide feet! I also got lucky with the Hawaiis and hit a lottery for retail.. I still have them DS as I thought they would be worth in the 300s by now but for some reason they got to about 200 (in my sizing anyway) and stagnated so.... Im about to break out the X-acto on these VERY soon..
union tag is high? my Argons from snkrs will be here soon. we'll see. i guess it's always a risk when you get a pair a month early. I got a pair of jordan 4 Neons with the champs reciept that were crazy uncomfortable..... and I'll post my rebellionaire video tomorrow .. shoes from the same box have different toe shapes.
@@SuperDanTheShoeMan yeah I been studying these had pistachios in hand 3 months prior to release so I’ve seen a few ‘ the letters are too high too me from the angles it looks like the UN is high and not centered on the tag like the retails are
@@1500Blxk I thought the same thing about these, then his early review of the 2s that he got from “a guy” confirmed it. I think all his Unions are fake aside from the pair of dunks he got off SNKRS. Bums me out bc I like his scripture but I think he’s a phony.
these union dunks do look different than a lot of other dunks. i compare them in my first unboxing video of them. the mud guard is high like the 50 of whites and the toe boxes are crooked like the Social Status Free Lunches.
