Great video... I turned 35 in March, best purchase I've made since then has been a Memory Foam pillow for Back support. Bob, you sound great... Outstanding job
It is really hard to maintain good posture in a chair if you aren't an "average" size. You guys offer great material, that helps quite a bit, but it is an ongoing challenge.
So they didn't answer your question but my husband doesn't always have good posture but he insist on a flat pillow, it's also good for facial taunt skin!
@@BobandBrad Thanks for the advice! I pulled a muscle in my lower back and I have an event this week where I have to do prolonged standing and sitting. It's in public so there aren't any pillows much to my disappointment.
Do deadlifts to train your lower back. All these stretches and tips help relieve some stress and pain temporarily, but will not fix your back permanently
Training yourself to sit, walk and stand erectly with good posture will certainly help your thoracic region. In doing so, you are developing the muscles in your back (much easier to slump and slouch than use your back muscles to hold yourself up).
