I would not get that drill. Too weak to drill into heavy concrete. Too heavy to do lighter work. Have two. A lighter for lighter work, and a heavier for heaver work. There is no drill that cover both areas no matter how expensive they are. At least not in our time. Also you will have two drills if you are both drilling holes and pluging screws in, instead of having to remove bits/drill repeatedly.
